The Menalon Trail is just 245 km from Athens, the capital city of Greece. You may go to KTEL Kifissos from anywhere you may be and take the bus that goes to Tripoli. The route is at about 2 hours and the cost per person is 16.50 euros. From Tripoli there is a bus that goes to Stemnitsa on Monday, Thursday and Friday. It starts from Tripoli at 12:45 and reaches there at 14:00. The price of the ticket is 4.50 euros per person. Stemnitsa is the begining of the Trail and Lagkadia its final end.
